We had customers seeing 50% loss through as5580 NYC to multiple carriers in Southern California (Cox, etc

We are observing packet loss on Hibernia transit in the US, from their NOC -

"There is a major outage ongoing in the Ashburn / Atlanta region,
where we lost a high capacity backbone link."


Haven't yet seen evidence but guessing other providers may be affected
