We're also noticing issues with phone service via other carriers such as Charter (POTS lines in the building) as far south as GA.

Several of my customers are reporting "No Outbound Dialing" on Level 3 circuits this morning....  in the Greater Atlanta Area.

Our internet is through Level3 as well here in Sussex, WI, and it appears to be working fine.  Just voice for us.
