No, end users who don't log into their own web portals to see a clear
status update are clueless

We are aware of a situation impacting voice services. Our technical team is
looking into this issue to determine the cause. Our priority is to ensure
the reliability of our network and services. We will provide updates as
more information becomes available.

Bugging people that don't have any more information than what's available
in the portal gets you no where - also posting an off-topic non-outage
related thread outside the guidelines of this list would be clueless.
