[outages] charter fiber cut in CA

This is affecting services in my data center in the El Segundo / LAX area as well. Updates from Internap point to a fiber cut that Zayo is expecting to have repaired by 6PM PDT.

I noticed yesterday around 2:50PM PDT latency and packet loss start to rise, they had their first report around 5 PM PDT.  ETR is 2 PM Eastern.

Anyone else with knowledge of this? I’ve had lots of voice issues over fiber.  Seems every month there is something that kills us for a day on Charter.
