[outages] Cogent routing issues, possibly SoCal?

Our Internap facility reported that Cogent was undergoing maint. this morning and that it has extended until 2pm PDT. You might have observed some routing reconvergence as links went down.

Also noticed this from my home in SD to our site in SD.
