If you mean originating DNs that are provided by BH as voice service to
their clients, then you might want to ask on voiceops, too; that's not 
IP traffic, per se; DOCSIS separates their voice service from their IP
Internet service.

I haven't heard about anything in the Tampa/St Pete market.
