[outages] Outages Digest, Vol 111, Issue 22

Our Minneapolis, Pasadena, and LA Centurylink internet circuits all took a
hit at 17:02 to 17:05 Central.
Zayo seemed to be affected too, but I'm sure it's related to the
Centurylink issue.
