[outages] Wave outage?

Ron, could you shoot me the circuit IDs involved.  I want to figure out where notices well apart.   This morning did not have anything scheduled but had a forced reload of one router that I can find (asr 9k crashing while having software installed prior to an announced outage window for tomorrow).

We also saw circuits go down that morning, and again on 8/10, and again this morning (back up now). Seems like Wave's having difficulty getting a handle on the problem (and forgetting to communicate it, as well).

Wave appears to be offline in the greater Seattle area. DIA and MPLS circuits are down (including to cross connects in Utah and California).
