[outages] Facebook in Chicago Area

Facebook appears to be having an outage in the Chicago area. 

" Service Unavailable" 


On one ISP that's having a failure, it shows it going through Zayo to Atlanta. Another ISP in the area that works shows it going through Cogent to Toronto.
