[outages] Google from Cogent - IPv6

Cogent is refusing to peer with Google over IPv6. It's a long term thing that only Cogent can solve.

Anybody else having issues getting to Google from Cogent over IPv6? We're just outside of Chicago and there doesn't seem to be any route from Cogent to Google currently.
