[outages] Routing issues/packet loss on Comcast Residential south of Downtown Chicago

Hello Outages,
Have there been any reports of a line cut in/around downtown Chicago? My routing coming out of Comcast Residential from Bridgeport (about 3 miles southwest of the Loop) is just wacky, bouncing from the west burbs to Indiana to 350 E Cermak to LA (possibly, though the RTT seems rather short for that) for a trace to Google; and from Elmhurst to 350 E Cermak to ORD for something near O’Hare. Packet loss bounces between 0 and 20%, with some destinations faring better than others.
