[outages] Swiss Jabber DDoS?

[jrk1231-outml at nym.hush.com]

SwissJabber’s XMPP service (swissjabber.ch) has been unresponsive
for >48 hrs now. (Yes, their website is still up.)
Anyone know if they are being DDoSed again? Or, what else may be going
on?
