We are actually using Google's DNS and issues there too. Mainly packet loss regardless of the destination and VOIP calls being very choppy.

Same here, we use a Level 3 DNS as one of our IPSLA responders and we saw issues between about 4:45 and 5:30 getting to it. I guess the moral of the story is use Google’s DNS instead J

I live in Alabama, and I noticed there were issues getting to some Level3 IP addresses during this time from my ATT DSL connection.

    Seems better now.

We are seeing packet loss to/from almost all of our clients on ATT VDSL, DSL, and gigapower connections throughout the southeast. MIS seems fine. Has been this way most of the day.
