Got this update from Integra today:

Remarks: Ticket Closure/Resolved info:
Root Issue: Data down and voice down
Issue/Issues: Outage in the area.
Resolution: Outage cleared and all services restored. Holding ticket until
end of business. Please call back in if you are still having issues.

Our customers in CA are back up.
