[outages] Flowroute SIP trunking

I have a trunk registered with LA and another with LV.  The LA one is working and registered. The LV is down and unregistered. So far none of my users are complaining.

Calls to support were not completing at all, now just ring.

Flowroute NOC on Twitter no updates as of yet.
