For what its worth, not seeing any issues here in MA

I have a 10G from 1 Federal, Springfield MA to 1 Summer, Boston MA on Lighttower that is up and stable
I have a 1G DIA from Hartford, CT to 1 Federal, Springfield MA that is up and stable

    We have a 10GB circuit down since around 8:00 AM EDT today. We have been told that it's part of a larger outage, but we have been unable to discover any more details or an estimated repair time. Anyone else impacted and/or heard anything?
