[outages] Level3 voice outage?

Looks OK here. Is this SIP? Which destinations are failing what response code are you getting on the failed calls?

Anyone seeing issues with Level3’s voice network?  We use them for long distance/international calling, and long distance at least is failing for us starting around 9:45am Central Time today.
