I have an EC2 instance in US-EAST (N. Virginia) that is using Comcast as a transit to a non-Comcast destination.

from my multiple location tracerotues looks like all traceroutes are jumping to level3 network before going to comcast, might be a level3 issue

Anyone having packet loss, please send traceroutes to the list. There is clearly something happening, but not much useful data yet. Some traceroutes might help narrow down the cause of the problem.
