[outages] Comcast/Level3 Transport Issues?

Hi all,

Speculating... I posted this in the other thread too:

It appears that a bunch of more-specifics belonging to regional
comcast networks are now visible in the default-free zone. This path
(which I assume was not designed to carry all the world's comcast
traffic) probably shouldn't be globally visible.
