[outages] ATT Calls not completing

The AT&T Twitter Page is going nuts as well, Some of the tweets are saying
that AT&T is aware of a service issue. I am also hearing reports on my
local new that it is only impacting iPhone users (Not sure if there is any
truth to that one)
