Just lost light again. I suspect the issues are ongoing…

I read their announcement as it being power to the specific device that we’re connected to rather than a more general issue.

Others with 10G services in THN seem to be unaffected, so presumably it was an issue with power to a single device or maybe a handful of particular devices.

Likewise. NTT are claiming power outage. I presume this is isolated to them, rather than more widely in THN as happened some time ago?

Thanks for confirming. Seems NTT have acknowledged the issue and are working on it.

Yup, just seen our IP transit ports in THN go physically down.

Last time this happened, ISTR it was a problem with the fibre feeding the ASR 9000 nV satellite exetender things that they use for aggregating 1G services.

We’ve just lost light from NTT on circuits in London Docklands. Anyone else seen issues?

Cheers
