[outages] Level3 - Drop is CT/NY Area?

We had the same here. We lost our Level3 circuit just for about 30-60 seconds.

One of my Level3 circuits bounced for 10minutes in the CT/NY Area.

Did anyone see anything I have a ticket open with Level3 for more information.
