[outages] Colt problems in Germany?

Hi,

We've been experiencing routing issues with a /29 that we have that's part
of Colt's AS8220. Their looking glass doesn't work, no response from their
NOC email, and the phone number in PeeringDB doesn't work.

Anyone else having troubles with Colt in Europe?
