[outages] CenturyLink Outage in Tennessee

Our Metro Ethernet Internet service with CenturyLink went down this
morning.  When I called in to their Advanced Network Services group,
there's a recording saying they have a major transport outage in the
Tennessee area.  We're in Virginia, but right on the state line, so we go
through their TN network.  No ETR yet.
