[outages] Inbound/outbound VoIP on CenturyLink

We do.  Fresno goes through Phoenix and Modesto goes through the Bay Area/Rancho Cordova.
From what our account rep just told me, there is an issue in San Jose that’s affecting most of their network.  Not much detail, but it’s something.

Yeah they are down with SBC issues. How come you don't split your inbound/outbound to different carriers so this issue doesn't effect both paths? With 2600 DIDs, that's definitely a must.

Has anyone started experiencing issues with VoIP calls to/from CenturyLink SIP trunks in the last hour or so? All 2600 of our numbers are no longer accessible from non-CenturyLink phones (busy/reorder tone).  Outbound to CL numbers works, but not to other carriers.  Had enough time on hold with support (still there) to open a ticket with their web Control Center.
Our trunks terminate in Central California (Modesto and Fresno areas).
