[outages] New Orleans area AT&T Fiber

Anyone else see this? AT&T only?

Had multiple fiber locations drop for 3-4 minutes at 06:53 and again at
10:07 CST this morning.

AT&T says: 01/12/2018 10:27 AM CST THIS INCIDENT HAS BEEN LINKED TO A MAJOR
INCIDENT/OUTAGE OF: L2/3 NETWORK/CORE FAILURE
