[outages] Google Home Outage

I was experiencing the issues this morning. Using Google Home to cast shows to the Chromecasts was failing. Using voice command on the assistant on the phone did work. Other GH queries/commands were hit or miss.

It appears that all Google Home, Google Home Minis, Google Home Maxes and I assume all other Google Home products are suffering from a massive outage this morning rendering them useless. Some are giving generic "There was a problem completing your request" and others are acting like the Google Home has not been setup yet. It has been going on for a few hours.

Google Assistant on mobile devices do not seem to be having issues.
