[outages] Comcast outage in the midwest?

Here in Chicagoland, our Comcast Business connection seems to be providing internet, but erratically. Some sites won’t load (use.typekit.com <http://use.typekit.com/>, for example), others load with high latency before they begin rendering. The residential Comcast connection seems to be unable to connect to a large chunk of the net, some sites working.
