[outages] Comcast outage in the midwest?

Our technician got off the line with them and said that their "internal systems" are down for the next hour at minimum. This is a nationwide outage.

We are also seeing issues in Atlanta. Having trouble getting to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 but it seems to be coming back up.

We're seeing odd off-net behavior, primarily with Chicago market connections jumping from comcast to Tata, haven't come across other peers that are with issue, yet.
