[outages] Comcast outage in the midwest?

We're seeing outages in the Atlanta market on both EDI and coax service.
It's not hard-down but appears routing related from what we can tell.  I
can't get through to Enterprise Support at all either, understandably.  I
just get the message "We are experiencing technical difficulties" and the
line goes silent.
