[outages] Verizon SIP outage?

We have 5 sites so far reporting voice down. They are as far west as Salem, OR and as far east as Williamsburg, PA.

They are all legacy Verizon IPIA circuits. SIP over DIA T1's.

Anyone else seeing anything?
