[outages] XO internet outage LA - 1 Wilshire

Have a DIA circuit in the LA area that's down three times a year with unknown reasons, every time we open a ticket, six hours later they pick up the ticket which is about 25 minutes after it comes back online and their response is 'huh'?
 
I'm not hearing any complaints so I must be lucky today.

Just had an XO 10gig go down in 1 Wilshire and the noc is reporting higher than normal call volume.  Anyone else seeing services impacted?
