[outages] Voonami - potentially Level 3 outage?

Hey all -

So some of my clients use Voonami for network services and hosting - they
seem to be hard down. Doing some routing yields some redirects via Level 3
to South Africa (should all be US) - anyone aware of anything going on with
Level 3?
