Hard to check things right now, it seems everybody in my area had the
brilliant idea to get on their phone (like me) and now LTE is crawling.

At the time of the cut:

traceroute to 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8), 30 hops max, 38 byte packets

And then a few minutes later:

 4  *  *  *
 5  *  *  *


And it's been like this ever since.
