My understanding is a switch is out and was being tracked by INC39778303. The Windstream technician I spoke with this morning was unaware of any service outage until I provided that ticket number. Our services are still out.

We lost voice services at one of our clinics in Brooklyn. I spoke with Windstream and found out there is a larger outage affecting the NY and NJ areas. My clinics in Manhattan are unaffected at this time.
