[outages] Verizon to Charter/Spectrum PRI Issues

Anyone seeing inbound issues with Charter/Spectrum PRIs?

We are experiencing inbound call failure to all DIDs from Verizon Wireless.

US Cellular seems to work, and calls within Charter's network are ok.
