Our Comcast circuit (Elkridge, Maryland) was down for about 4.5 minutes this morning from 9:47-9:52 AM EST. It came back up and has been reliable since that time.

I have confirmed it from my own home connection with Comcast as well. High latency (from 180 ms to a peak of 13400 ms) and periods of complete packet loss as well, all happening when traversing Level3 or GTT in Atlanta.

Is there a known issue occurring or could someone weigh in on this?
