[outages] [EXTERNAL] Re: Google network issues

Gmail itself is working for me, but the IMAP front or backend seems to
be having issues:

    "The STAT command did not succeed. Error getting message number and
    sizes. Mail server pop.gmail.com responded: Temporary system
    problem. Please try again later."
