[outages] zayo issue in los angeles?

Fyi, 

 

zayo has a fiber cut somewhere near or on the las vegas strip, they've
taken the outage off their website but I'm being told they can't access it
until 10pm because of traffic.

 

It's now going 16 hours.

Is anyone seeing an issue with zayo in LA? Hearing about a 10G wave from
LV to LA but no light on LA side.
