Zach, I don't have an update but I can say it started in (affected) Phoenix AZ @ 16:34 on 03/25 local time.  Still down there and no update from our 3rd party account rep.

Negative – we’re being given that as an excuse why a vendor’s AWS service isn’t working as it should. I figured it was baloney, but I wanted to check with the list to see if there was an outage.
