[outages] Packet Loss from Switch DC in LAS

We are experiencing high latency and packet loss on the egress side of
calls into and out of our Las Vegas Switch data center.

Ticket with Switch has been opened and we’ve diverted all media traffic
away from the data center until this is resolved.
