I'm seeing IPv4 flapping and no traffic at all on 3356 transit links since approximately 10:00 UTC at multiple EMEA locations (Italy and Germany). Probably causing issues with Cloudflare (I guess they point a default to 3356). Ticket systems are unreachable, Hotlines busy.
