[outages] Verizon Wireless Cell NYC Region

I am getting intermittent inbound calls from Verizon cell phone to certain PRI numbers on Lightpath/Altice in the lower Westchester county/ Upper NYC region.

Anyone else having cell issues in the region or with Altice?
