No, I can confirm the same thing in WI on both SPECTRUM AND OUR COLO IN MKE. Can't ping and get a reply for the outlook.office365 or the portal.office356.com.
On both of those websites we are getting a 503 error.

Mobile app mostly non-functional as well.
For people who have their own receiver set up to send data to them, they seem to work fine which makes sense as it is a local device.
Cloudflare Error 522 when trying to access their site, saying ?Host Error."
They are the largest, or one of the largest, flight tracking sites globally.
