[outages] WorldPay Payment Processing Issues

Seeing payment processing issues with WorldPay right now. 3 retail stores
in FL and online virtual terminal won't complete sales. Spoke to a WorldPay
tech and they aren't confirming an outage yet, but are getting a lot of the
same calls from others.
