Hello,
CoreSite seems to be having issues with their Any2 peering in California.
Most likely related to this.

Reason for Work: Emergency maintenance to reload line card modules which are
showing service degradation.
Risk Mitigation: Best practice and procedures will be employed throughout

event and we would like to ensure that all relevant tenants are aware of the
activity.
Description: CoreSite Network Engineering will be performing an emergency
maintenance on the LA Core routers to reload line card modules that are
showing
service degradation across the exchange. The Ethernet connection will see no
change in your configuration, only a momentary break in service as we reload
each line module. Services will observe a disruption of 10 minutes or less
as
the module reloads.
