[outages] Cloudflare issues via Equinix Chicago IX

Hello,

  Anybody else experiencing issues with traffic to/from Cloudflare via
Equinix Chicago? We have been seeing heavy packet loss for two/three days,
and haven't received any word from Cloudflare when we reached out to them.

Sample test:
