[outages] Level3/Lumen/Centurylink Outages in NYC

Is anyone else experiencing Issues with Level3?  I have a transport circuit
down and a transit circuit in NYC.

 

I have a 2nd transit on another router circuit with them that is up in that
area.

 

Also seeing some phy ports continuing to bounce on the transit circuit.
