[outages] [EXTERNAL] Nationwide Comcast Issues?

I take that back. I take that back, I am seeing sporadic problems to some destinations, e.g. IMAP servers for Gmail & iCloud. But it comes & goes.

Most destinations, including putting mail.google.com or icloud.com into a browser, work fine.
