[outages] Facebook Down

Yes there seems to be a widespread outage impacting Facebook and Whatsapp.

$ host -t soa facebook.com 
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

$ host -t ns facebook.com 
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

$ host -t soa whatsapp.com
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

$ host -t ns whatsapp.com
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
